Pamper Spa Package - Includes a 30 minute Korean ‘Migun’ therapeutic thermal massage bed treatment (see below), outdoor hot tub and sauna 60 minutes, relaxation room 30 minutes and spa pack with towel robe and slippers.
£45 per person per pre-booked session (available at 2, 4, 6 and 8pm).

Natural Face Lift – Cool marble stones are used to contour the face which instantly tightens and lifts the facial muscles. Also relieves stress held in the forehead and jaw. Massage of the neck and shoulders further dissolves tension.

Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage – This is a treatment without oil. The technique used relieves muscular and energetic stress. The whole back, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, scalp and face are massaged. This is a seated procedure.

Reflexology Therapy – A procedure of the feet. 4 separate and different techniques are used to detect imbalances through zones mapped on the soles of the feet. The microcosm of the macrocosm. Harmony is restored with this therapy creating wellbeing, uplifting mind, body and spirit.

Exclusive Spa Day Guests (4-8 people)

Our spa day offers the exclusive use of the leisure facilities (private room with outdoor hot tub, sauna cabin and relaxation station) plus a whole back, buttocks and legs massage treatment on the Korean ‘Migun’ therapeutic massage bed. Its thermotherapy properties eases away muscular tension, soothing the body and rejuvenating the mind.

Our holistic practitioner offers your group two holistic treatments to take the group on a healing journey.  You can choose from Guided Meditation, Sound Bath, Breathing Techniques and Guided Visualisation.

This spa day package includes tea, coffee and a light lunch in your private dining area.

Cost £100 per person.

2. Confirmation. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm an appointment. Residents can use their card for booking, as the confirmation

3. Cancellation. A fee of 50% will be charged if an appointment is cancelled a day or more before the treatment. A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations on the day of the treatment or for failure to show up for an appointment.
