Our loch-side Whisky Bar has a selection of over sixty malts and blends from some of Scotland’s most famous distilleries, we offer wines from the best vineyards in the world, and cocktails are our speciality. Alternatively, you may like to visit our Reflect Spa and enjoy a well deserved relaxing massage treatment. And you don’t have to worry about your clubs or wet-weather gear, because they can be taken care of in our sports equipment store and drying room while you’re relaxing. If you’re looking to play some of the famous courses to be found in Royal Deeside and the wider Scottish Highlands, then ‘The Lodge’ provides an excellent base. We have a number of outstanding 18 hole courses on our doorstep, including Peterculter, Braemar, Ballater, Aboyne and Banchory, and some top-notch 9 hole courses too, including Tarland, Lumphanan, Torphins and Inchmarlo. Whilst some of the classic Scottish links courses, such as the Royal Aberdeen, Murcar Links, Newburgh-on-Ythan and Trump International are less than an hour’s drive away.
