Terms and Conditions

• Leisure Breaks are payable in advance at the time of booking.
• Cancellation fees will apply as follows: 20% within four weeks, 50% within one week and 100% within 2 days.
• The minimum age for the Fitness, Leisure and Spa facilities is 18 years.
• Single person room supplement is £20 pppn
• Additional Foldaway bed supplement for children under 14  £25 pn, under 10 £20 pn
• No food or beverages other than that purchased at the Lodge may be consumed on the premises (this includes the deck, Jacuzzi and lawn areas) with the exception of personal re-hydration drinks which are permitted in the gym room only.
